All SPUSTOVA jewellery is custom-made in our Atelier in Naples, Italy, and is produced to order. We do not keep stock of our products. We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide via DHL on orders above 340 EUR. For orders below 340 EUR (extra silk ribbons), we charge 30 EUR, shipping via Norwegian post. For all Non-Norwegian orders, local customs and taxes are not included in the total price, and fees may apply.

Orders placed between the 1st - 15th day of the current month - are shipped the second week of the following month
Orders placed between the 15th - 31st day of the current month - are shipped the last week of the following month
Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to not accept any orders at our sole discretion.
Before delivering the order, you will have to fill in the online form which will be sent by DHL, directly to your email address.
DHL will act as a broker in collecting the VAT and may ask you for additional information including your personal ID number.
DHL should collect only the VAT and customs clearance fee. In most of the EU countries, the VAT rate is between 19% to 21%.
Since all SPUSTOVA products are of EEA preferential origin, no customs duty should occur when shipping to a country within the EU.
For shipments to the USA, a 5.5% customs duty applies.

We want to ensure you get all the information you need about our products. If you wish to exchange or return your products, please note that we offer a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to request a return form. All shipping costs associated with the return are covered by the customer. When exchanging an item, we will pay for the shipment of your new article. Please note that any products you return or exchange must be returned to us unused and in the same condition as when you received them. All tags must be attached, including the original packaging materials.
Prices are shown on the site depending on your own location. All prices presented include Norwegian VAT. For all Non-Norwegian orders, local customs, taxes, and fees may not be included in the total price, and extra costs may apply. Instead, Norwegian VAT is deducted upon checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is charged when your order is placed.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive an e-mail with your DHL tracking number when your order is shipped. IMPORTANT: Orders that are refused by a customer when DHL is making a delivery or orders that are not picked up at a local DHL Pick Up Point will be returned to our warehouse. In these cases, we will deduct the shipping cost from the customer's payment when we do the refund. Initial shipping charges to customers will not be refunded (300 NOK, 30 EUR).
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If the item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund, provided that you notify us of your complaint following applicable regulations. Please contact us at email@example.com, and include the order number, description of the defect, and pictures. We will contact you after we have processed the claim.
